按压力度由精密调压阀控制气缸气压设定 (Force set by pressure controlled by precise pressure adjusting valve)
触碰测试 (Touch Test)
气缸驱动触碰头做触碰测试,点测试,划线,画图形(Cylinder drives touch fingers touch, dot, lines, drawing)
设有多组气缸做多点触碰测试,包括Open/Close Finger (Multi fingers touch test open/close)
显示测试 (Display Check)
通过相机或软件截屏直接提取屏幕显示内容,然后比对显示特征值,软件判断显示是否OK

屏幕测试 (Screen Test)
相机拍摄不同背景的纯色屏幕显示,例如全白,全黑,全红,侦测屏幕的亮暗点,亮暗线
测试精度配合工作距离,镜头可调。一般设定为0.08mm,相当视网膜屏幕一个像素。人眼已经较难分辨了。
这个精度下,灰尘会引起误判,所以要求高时,放入前使用离子风枪先清理表面

震动测试 Vibration Test
使用治具下的震动传感器读取震动时的波形,并分析其频率,幅度等,与参数设定比较判断是否OK
Vibration sensor is used to capture vibration profile and software will check its parameters and compare with setting to determine whether OK.
震动时音频会被录音,最后由操作员确认是否有震动杂音
Recording while testing to allow operator to listen whether there is vibration noise after auto test is finished.

相机拍摄屏幕显示的灰度显示图,软件判断是否OK

Speaker声音测试(Speaker Test)
手机播放1KHZ的标准音频,治具上的Mic(人工耳)读取该音频,通过声卡,软件分析其幅度,频率,失真,谐波失真等,判断是否OK
Phone plays a standare 1KHz sound wave and 0-5KHz spectrum and ear simultor caputer sound and analyse its frequency, distortion, profile, spectrum, etc and determine whether OK.
声音回路,耳机测试 (Mic, Earphone Test)
治具Speaker(人工嘴)播放1KHz标准音频,气缸驱动插入耳机,通过声卡读取音频,软件分析其是否OK
Mouth simulator to play sound and cylinder to plug in earphone to capture sound wave to analyse its profile and parameters and determine whether OK
Wifi测试 (WIFI Test)
相机拍摄或者软件截屏,图像分析WIFI图标是否存在,当前连接的路由器名字,IP是否正确

运动传感器测试 (G sensor, Position sensor Test)
因为设备是有些倾斜放置,移动到不同位置,其XYZ读数会变化。相机拍摄分析不同位置的XYZ显示数据,分析判别是否OK。

靠近传感器测试 (Close Sensor)
气缸驱动遮盖传感器,相机拍摄屏幕亮度变化,分析是否OK

按键背景灯显示测试 (Key light Test)
相机拍摄背景灯显示,分析其图案,判别是否存在不量,断点,亮度不正确等故障

相机拍摄设备内安置的标准图片,软件读取该图片,分析相机是否工作正常
图片由操作员最后复检,确定是否有偏色,水纹,油彩等故障
